Requirements

Current Missouri RN license.
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS CPR certification required.
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor certification (or with in 9 months of hire)
Completion of DHSS Approved Clinical Supervisor Course (or with in 6 months of hire)
Minimum of 3-5 years of Supervisory and Nursing experience

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing education, clinical competency, professional practice standards, and direct clinical support within the hospital.
Promote excellence in patient care through staff development, evidence-based practice, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Maintain an active clinical presence and may provide direct bedside nursing care as needed to support staffing and operational needs.
Serve as a resource, mentor, educator, and clinical leader for nursing staff across all departments while supporting organizational quality and patient safety initiatives.
