About The Position
Provides career services and counseling to co-workers including assistance with selection, onboarding, and retention. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. This role will handle the daily operations of the Win From Within program- Nursing, Imaging, Respiratory and Surgical Tech students.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a healthcare or related field
- Upholds and role models behaviors of professionalism.
- Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment through continuing education.
- Is active in community/professional organizations.
