About The Position

Rainbow Restoration & ResiCom Services is hiring a Professional Painter / Finishing Technician who takes pride in quality, respects the customer, and believes “good enough” is never good enough. This is not a basic painter position. We need a versatile professional who can deliver excellent finish work across restoration, reconstruction, residential, and commercial projects while maintaining a positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Requirements

• 3+ years of professional painting experience
• Drywall repair/finishing experience
• Texture matching ability
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Minor carpentry skills preferred
• Restoration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interior & exterior painting
• Surface prep, sanding, caulking, priming, masking
• Drywall patching, finishing, and texture matching
• Restoration repaint and repair work
• Minor carpentry, trim touch-up, and punch-out work
• Final detail corrections and customer-ready finishes
• Maintain clean, organized, respectful jobsites
