Requirements

A servant's heart; care about the people behind the homes cleaned.
Ability to work independently after training.
A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay on feet for most of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs).
Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
Ability to climb stairs in residential homes.

Responsibilities

Clean homes using a clear, step-by-step system.
Use eco-friendly, non-toxic products.
Travel between client homes using a personal vehicle.
Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and supply restocks at the office in Fate.
Potentially train new team members and grow into leadership roles.
