Requirements

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work.
• Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes.
• A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
• Ability to climb stairs in residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes using a clear, step-by-step cleaning system.
• Use eco-friendly, non-toxic products.
• Work independently after training.
• Serve homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supply restocks at the office in Fate about once a week.
