About The Position

MGC is seeking attorneys to join their Litigation team in Atlanta, GA. This role offers hybrid options after initial training and integration. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of practice experience in Professional Liability and will gain hands-on experience in all phases of civil litigation, from case inception to trial, including direct client contact. The firm offers competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Georgia or have pending Georgia bar exam results.

Responsibilities

Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
