About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking Coverage Attorneys to join our Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical writing and analysis, and are also drawn toward trial advocacy. The position offers a balanced mix of research, writing, hands-on litigation, and client interaction. The coverage group represents insurance companies in various coverage matters, including filing declaratory judgment actions and defending coverage and bad faith suits across all lines of insurance. There is a particular need for individuals with experience in first-party property and property SIU/insurance fraud investigation.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of insurance coverage experience.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Excellent legal writing skills.
Proficiency in legal research.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Interest and experience in first-party property and property SIU/insurance fraud investigation is preferred.
