About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join our Wilmington office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative, client-focused environment. As a member of our Professional Liability Practice Group, you will work on a diverse and intellectually engaging docket that may include Lawyers and other professional malpractice defense, D&O defense, Employment defense, and Insurance Coverage. Our practice is team-based and highly collaborative, offering meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional development and practice growth. Marshall Dennehey invests in its attorneys, providing a clear path for professional development and practice growth. While you are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, you will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who are committed to mentoring and skill development. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace. Requirements

2–5 years of litigation experience
