About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join our Roseland office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative, client-focused environment. The firm is seeking candidates who have at least 5 years of experience in construction defect/design professional litigation who can independently handle a caseload with limited oversight but appropriate mentorship. A New York license is a plus, but not required. This position is designed for a construction lawyer who is looking to take their practice to the next level with the help of local subject matter expertise combined with an institutional platform that supports practice and individual growth. Requirements

5+ years of litigation experience.
At least 5 years of experience in construction defect/design professional litigation.
Ability to handle a caseload with limited oversight.
