About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join our Philadelphia office with 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation, needed for a dynamic professional liability practice. This position is ideal for a candidate who desires to work alongside trial lawyers defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals sued for professional negligence. Our practice is team-based and highly collaborative, offering meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional development and practice growth.
