About The Position

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a motivated attorney with a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our Uniondale, Hackensack or New York City locations. Candidates with experience in professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters are strongly preferred. Join a collegial, fast-paced team handling complex litigation matters. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, along with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience
• Admission to the New York Bar (required if practicing in NY)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required if practicing in NJ)
• Strong legal research and writing skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in professional liability (non-medical)
• Experience in employment practices liability matters
• Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions

Responsibilities

• Handling complex litigation matters
• Managing discovery, including document review and drafting responses
• Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions (preferred)
