About The Position

We provide service of process and various other services to law firms across the country. We are seeking an individual to join our team that is looking for a career as a Process Server. We want someone to join our team to help serves papers in Baltimore and surrounding area. As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses involved in court cases or legal proceedings. This role requires a vehicle.

Requirements

• Must own a reliable vehicle & carry insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• You must have good communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (email & phone)
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience driving professionally is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Serving legal documents to individuals, businesses & agencies
• Must be available to work 6 to 7 days a week, with a flexible schedule
• Must be available to work some mornings, nights and weekends
• Responsible for coming in to office to pick up papers and sign affidavits
• Ensure that all documents are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
• Complete tasks via Mobile App and/or on paper for each delivery
• Communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals (Email & Phone)
