About The Position
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join their Springfield team!
Requirements
- Professional Surveyor (PS)
- 5+ years of surveying experience
- Perform/manage land surveys including property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions and topographic surveys
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Trimble business center
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Lead/supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Prepare project estimates and job proposals
- Responsible for financial performance of projects
