About The Position
A family-oriented construction and design firm specializing in custom homes currently has a full-time permanent position near Kettering, OH available for a Professional Land Surveyor. This role would receive generous base salaries, opportunity for bonuses and an outstanding benefits package (that includes medical, vision, dental, PTO, and a 401K plan), along with other terrific perks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor
- Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD), legal description, and feature code
- Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. (Robotic Total Stations, GNSS etc.)
- Familiarity with topographic surveys, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS land survey, and boundary surveys
Nice To Haves
- PLS Licensure in the state of Ohio, Tennessee, or Kentucky
