About The Position

We are looking for reliable, motivated, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Professional Cleaners to join our growing team! Vacation rental cleaning is fast-paced and different from traditional residential cleaning. Properties must be completely cleaned, reset, inspected, and guest-ready within a specific turnover window. We want cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to grow with a cleaning company. As our vacation rental division continues to expand, we want dependable cleaners who are interested in more opportunities, increased responsibility, incentives, and long-term growth with eMaids of Camden County.

Requirements

• Pass a background check
• Have your own reliable vehicle
• Have reliable transportation to and from all assigned properties
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to work independently
• Be comfortable working within strict deadlines
• Have reliable communication
• Weekend availability is required
• Follow detailed property instructions
• Be dependable and professional
• Have sales motivation and a desire to help grow the business
• Cleaning experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completing the full turnover and preparing the property for the next guest.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
• Cleaning kitchens and appliances
• Wiping counters, cabinets, tables, and surfaces
• Dusting throughout the property
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Removing trash and replacing liners
• Changing linens and making beds
• Restocking approved guest supplies
• Checking for belongings left behind
• Reporting damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Completing a final walkthrough
• Taking and uploading required completion photos
• Following property-specific notes and checklists
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Be comfortable promoting eMaids services when appropriate
• Look for potential additional cleaning or service opportunities
• Understand the services eMaids offers
• Help represent and promote the company professionally
• Be motivated by sales incentives and opportunities to earn more
• Arrive on time
• Complete properties within the scheduled turnover window
• Communicate immediately about delays or problems
• Follow assigned checklists and job notes
• Be dependable for scheduled weekend turnovers
• Never leave a property incomplete without contacting management
• Complete a final inspection and upload all required photos.
