About The Position
This role involves cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following a specific process to ensure customer satisfaction. Team members have the opportunity to earn tips and are expected to communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, showing care for their homes. The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday, daytime work schedule, no nights, weekends, or holidays. There is a compensation plan designed to allow control over income.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients

Responsibilities
- Cleaning customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team lead role).
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team lead role).
- Get gas, get the car washed, and occasionally get the oil changed (for team lead role).
Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.20 per hour after training.
- Ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly.
- Earn bonuses and up to $22 per hour depending on experience, quality of work, and efficiency.
