Requirements

Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in residential cleaning or a related field preferred.
$200. Signing bonus after six months of emplyoment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Flexible availability - must work weekends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must pass a background check and have a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in every space.
Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to promote a healthy home environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for safety and quality assurance.
