Pearl Catering is seeking seasoned, professional bartenders to join their event team. This role involves working at various events such as weddings, corporate galas, private parties, and charity fundraisers. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, interacting with new people, and creating memorable guest experiences. The job is about more than just pouring drinks; it's about contributing to an unforgettable experience from setup to tear-down.

Requirements

Experienced bartenders (high-volume and/or craft cocktail experience preferred)
Friendly, energetic professionals who genuinely enjoy hospitality
Team players who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves
Dependable individuals with reliable transportation to venues throughout the Portland metro area and surrounding communities
Ability to lift 40+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Current Oregon OLCC Service Permit and Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain before starting)

Responsibilities

Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Assist with full event setup, including bar preparation, stocking, and organization
Provide outstanding hospitality throughout each event
Work closely with catering and event teams to ensure flawless execution
Participate in complete event tear-down, including breakdown of bars, packing equipment, and loading back into company vehicles
Help transport and organize bar supplies and equipment as needed
