Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or a related field).
2-5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing.
Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and terrains associated with construction projects.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A drive for success and a passion for innovative engineering solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience managing client relationships and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with project management, including budget creation and maintenance.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Oklahoma, or the ability to obtain it within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality geotechnical engineering services to our clients, ensuring safety, excellence, and timely project execution.
Work on diverse projects, including building foundations, bridges, slope stabilization, retaining walls, and pavement design.
Prepare geotechnical reports, including maps, drawings, aerial photographs, and soil boring logs.
Develop field exploration, sampling, and material testing plans to address specific project needs.
Prepare cost estimates for geotechnical and materials testing projects.
Foster and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Support the business development process by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
Participate in project management activities, including tracking scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
