Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
Valid CDL with Tanker, Triples/Doubles and HAZMAT endorsement is required.
CETP Transport Certification (Liquid Propane Driver Only) or ability to obtain.
Prolonged periods of sitting must be expected.
Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions, around moving parts, airborne particles and chemicals.

A minimum of two years driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Transporting grain, liquid, dry or NH3 fertilizers, feed and additional commodities.
Following a schedule set forth by the manager or dispatcher.
Ensuring all regulations and requirements including DOT, IFTA, insurance and compliance are maintained for the company.
Completing proper paperwork, log books, daily log sheets, fuel reports, daily maintenance logs and other required reports.
Maintaining all trailers and trucks so equipment is ready for transporting.
Operating equipment in a safe and prudent manner adhering to all applicable laws established by local, state and federal agencies.
Informing the manager of any equipment issues.
