Requirements

Must be 25 years of age or older
Valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver's License
Have or obtain the required Passenger Vehicle for Hire (PVH) permit from the City of Charlotte
Minimum 2-years driving experience
Pass a SBI fingerprint background check
Strong driving record
Professional appearance and communication skills
Dependable, punctual and safety-focused
Comfortable providing high-touch customer service
Flexible availability, including some weekends and high-demand periods

Responsibilities

Safely and professionally transport clients to and from airports, hotels, corporate events, weddings, special events and other destinations
Deliver a consistently courteous, polished, and personalized client experience.
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professional environment.
Arrive on time and prepared for every assignment, with a strong focus on punctuality and reliability.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and office staff regarding trip details, routing, traffic conditions, and client requests.
Follow scheduled routes while adapting calmly and efficiently to traffic, weather, and unexpected changes.
Assist clients with luggage and provide thoughtful, professional service when appropriate.
Handle special requests and changing client needs with patience, discretion, and a solutions-oriented attitude.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent Peak Limo with the highest standards of conduct.
Complete required vehicle inspections and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of every client.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
