About The Position
ComForCare is seeking dedicated and reliable caregivers to join their team. This is a new office backed by a national franchise and a hands-on local owner, focused on building a supportive and respectful culture for its caregivers. The role involves working 5-hour shifts, 7 days a week, with multiple clients in an independent living setting. Caregivers will support older adults with daily activities, personal care, transfers, meal planning, light housekeeping, and companionship, providing peace of mind to families.
Requirements
- A passion to serve and a strong sense of reliability
- High school diploma or GED
- Access to reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Support older adults with daily activities that help them remain safe and independent
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and simple exercises
- Help with meal planning, prep, and feeding support
- Perform light housekeeping and organizing
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Provide peace of mind to clients' families
