As a Professional Career Coach, you will engage with motivated professionals exploring clarity, direction and leadership growth. You’ll lead structured, senior‑level conversations, introduce premium career and leadership resources, and support individuals in evaluating pathways aligned with their goals. This is a self‑directed, performance‑based professional role suited to individuals who value autonomy, purpose and the ability to shape their own results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership, HR, consulting, coaching, talent development, business development, professional services or similar senior fields
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
- Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners or decision‑makers
- A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in career and leadership development
- Confidence working independently and managing your own time
- Commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach
- Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication
- This role is not suited to junior candidates, freelancers seeking project work, or individuals without established professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead thoughtful, high‑value conversations with professionals exploring career direction, leadership development or transition
- Support individuals navigating promotions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals
- Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured coaching consultations
- Apply your leadership, HR, consulting or talent experience to guide clients effectively
- Use modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
- Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities
