About The Position

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Products & Experiences Communications Director to create, manage, and execute internal and external global communications strategies for its Products and Experiences division, supporting both reactive client needs and proactive communications plans across consumer, business, and trade press.

Requirements

10+ years of publicity experience required.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong relationships with consumer and lifestyle press, entertainment and licensing trade press, and business press.
Experience across multiple consumer products experiences and categories, such as consumer packaged goods, hotels/theme parks, live tours, and consumer or trade press.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global external communications campaigns, including trade and consumer press across print, digital, TV, and podcasts, to achieve the team's goals and elevate its expertise, and identify opportunities to pitch global, national, and local press that amplify franchises through Products and Experiences.
Manage press related to Products & Experiences media events and trade shows, including Toy Fairs, Licensing Expo, Brand Licensing Europe, and seasonal product opportunities such as Back to School and Holiday, and write department-initiated press releases and pitches as assigned.
Establish and execute a global internal communications strategy.
Serve as a point of contact for Products & Experiences partners across all lines of business to provide strategic support and manage press releases, and as the day-to-day contact coordinating assigned projects, inquiries, and required assets.
Maintain Products & Experiences press lists and contribute to publicity efforts across all Communications teams as needed.
