The Job: As a Productivity Excellence Manager, you’ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Responsible for driving continuous improvement and overseeing financial and project management activities across the organization. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Lead and manage financial and operational aspects of projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Track and control project expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and deliver financial reports and project status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with projects. Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other departments to drive process improvements and optimize workflows. Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of controls. Implement and enhance project control processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile). Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams on financial and project management best practices. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project and operational performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, financial control, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI is preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, drive change, and operate in a dynamic environment with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
  • Strong project management skills, deep financial expertise, and the ability to lead process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent (preferred).
