About The Position

Bridgeway offers a rewarding opportunity with a flexible schedule for a Productionist. This role is responsible for assisting in all production tasks within the production area, working under the supervision and direction of the Production Manager. Key duties include ensuring production completion in contract areas, setting the pace for the production line, recognizing situations requiring supervisor involvement, conducting inventories, acting as a positive role model for consumer trainees, and maintaining positive relationships with community contractors.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Ability to drive routes and operate a fork-lift is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work in contract areas as assigned to ensure that production is completed, including counting, assembling packing, sealing and material handling
• Responsible for setting a pace to be maintained by the production line
• Responsible for recognizing situations that require the involvement of a supervisor
• Conduct inventories under the direction of the Production Manager
• Act as a positive role model for consumer trainees
• Promote and maintain positive relationships with community contractors
