About The Position
As a Production Worker, you will be a vital part of our daily manufacturing operations. This hands-on, role that supports the production floor by handling end-of-line packaging, general assembly tasks, and basic quality checks. We provide full training for our specific manufacturing processes, making this an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in production while enjoying a reliable weekly schedule.
Requirements
- Exceptional dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to learn new processes.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active, physical tasks throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general tasks along the production line, including accurately packing and sorting finished products.
- Assist in preparing workstations and moving materials safely throughout the production floor to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow basic work instructions and utilize measurement tools (such as calipers and tape measures) to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Perform all tasks safely, follow detailed instructions, and maintain exceptional punctuality and attendance for all scheduled shifts.
