About The Position

This role involves mixing and matching colors using formula sheets, measuring and weighing tints and bases accurately, and meeting color standards and quality expectations. The position requires keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized, maintaining accurate inventory, and cross-training to assist in other production areas as needed. The team is focused on quality and teamwork in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to pass color testing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or paint/stain experience preferred
