About The Position

As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations and report directly to the Department Supervisor. This role plays an important part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of thermoformed and flexible packaging products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience (required)
• Can properly read a tape measure
• Can read and understand work instructions
• Can perform basic math and take accurate measurements
• Strong attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience and/or formal training
• Want to grow and advance within a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and multiple departments to complete manufacturing tasks
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Retrieve and pack product into boxes
• Make basic process adjustments to maintain product quality
• Monitor and report product quality according to company standards
• Use troubleshooting and critical thinking when setting up new jobs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support other departments as needed
