About The Position

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 3rd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $20.45 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Requirements

Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limitation.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience.
Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and climb heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to frequently crouch, kneel, balance, reach above the shoulder level, push and pull with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to do repetitive action of simple grasping, and firm grasping with or without reasonable accommodations, as required.
Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery.
Ability to work in an enviornment with minimal temperature fluctuations, primarily occuring during dock door openings.

Responsibilities

Work in all departments of the manufacturing plant - Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout - doing various labor jobs.
Be capable of handling the work in all departments daily, as some departments are more physically demanding.
