Production Worker Afternoon Shift

Requirements
- Must possess a High School Diploma/GED Certificate or equivalent training and experience.
- Must be available to work the afternoon shift from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday.
- Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Must be clean-shaven in the areas where the mask seals.
- Manual dexterity and depth perception required to perform remote handling of various materials/parts.
- Extended periods of standing at a work station on cement production floor.
- Must wear appropriate Protective Personal Equipment such as: Hearing Protection, CSA approved steel toed footwear, safety glasses, etc.).
- Must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity.
Nice To Haves
- This schedule may transition to a rotating shift (currently Monday–Friday morning and afternoon shifts) based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Receiving work assignments for completing various tasks
- Inspecting various parts for defects and accuracy
- Sanding various parts to create smooth finishes
- Moving parts from one department to another
- Removing sand from various casting parts
- Dipping parts in various chemicals to seal the alloy and prevent rusting
- Packaging parts to be shipped to Global Locations
- Other duties as assigned by management
