About The Position

Under general supervision, this role involves working on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced and consistent manner. Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker to join their team in Strattanville, Pennsylvania. Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blue prints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
