About The Position

This is a temporary position for a Production Worker on the Swing Shift in West Valley. The role involves operating machinery, quality control, material handling, and packaging of food products. The schedule is Thursday to Saturday from 3:25 pm to 11:55 pm, with an hourly pay of $13. The position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to mix, fill, label, and package food products.
• Inspect products for defects, leaks, or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of chemicals.
• Prepare raw materials, measure ingredients, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Set up, clean, and maintain production equipment and tools.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring correct labeling and presentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
