Requirements

- 1-3 years Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate on the assembly line in the production of finished goods and Work in Process (WIP), following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform on-line and off-line inspections and sort goods.
- Maintain productivity at standard line speed.
- Perform rework, inspections, and clean-up assignments when not assigned to the line.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Responsible for meeting daily production requirements when packing or inserting materials.
- Maintain quality standards by performing visual inspections to ensure finished goods conform to quality standards and are packaged correctly.
- Ensure quantities of packaged finished goods are accurate.
- Consistently contribute to team productivity by performing duties properly and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in training new workers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with plant procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner using proper tools and wearing appropriate protective equipment as required.
