About The Position

VMG is seeking a Part-Time Production Worker to support their Berryville sheet metal shop. This role focuses on assisting with production tasks, preparing materials, and supporting daily shop operations. No prior fabrication or welding experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The schedule is Part-Time, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. During the training period, employees will work on 1st Shift to learn shop processes, equipment, and safety procedures before transitioning to their regular part-time schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with tools and in a production setting
• Ability to work the part-time schedule of 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM after completing training
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely in a production and manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment
