About The Position

Frame Industries, Inc. is a locally-owned hardwood flooring manufacturer looking for reliable, motivated individuals for full-time production work. The schedule is currently Monday - Thursday 5:45am-4:15pm, including a 15-minute paid-break and a 30-minute lunch break! Overtime on Friday/Saturday varies with changes in production & maintenance demand. We have a relaxed atmosphere and we are all about teamwork! All of our employees are crucial to the success of our team. We are led by the next generation of management, who are building on a legacy of hard work and quality. As a small family-owned business, we treat our employees more like family than just a number and support them for long-term success on our team. We have an open position consisting of inspecting, sorting, and stacking of hardwood lumber. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, is a self-starter, and values the opportunity to contribute to the high-quality of our hardwood flooring. We work hard! We are a continuous improvement driven company and we are focused on keeping on task.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and motivated
