Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive task
Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for Production
Ability to communicate effectively
Successfully pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
Previous manufacturing/food handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare products for packaging or shipment
Place ingredients into finished products
Perform hand wrapping and packaging tasks
Support food running and material movement throughout production
Maintain production pace and efficiency
Follow instructions from leads and supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow food safety and company procedures
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Properly use tools such as knives or other specialized equipment
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
Perform physical tasks that could require constant repetitive motion
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies.
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership
