Requirements

1+ years of industrial experience – Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
High School Diploma/GED required – A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude – Proven ability to work with machines and understand basic mechanical functions.
Attention to detail and dependability – Strong focus on quality and reliability.
Ability to work shift work – Flexible to work various shifts as required by the job.
Ability to work overtime – Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.
Pass drug/physical/background check – Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test and background check.
Legally authorized to work in the US – Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Safety-conscious – Ability to lead and promote health and safety practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.

Responsibilities

Operates hand and/or power equipment – Ensures proper operation and maintenance of machinery to meet production standards.
Runs machinery – Controls various types of equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
Handles materials – Responsible for moving raw materials to designated areas to keep production running smoothly.
Ensures safety procedures – Follows all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Operates mobile equipment – Uses forklift or other mobile equipment for material handling.
Uses packing and banding equipment – Efficiently operates packing and banding machines to prepare products for shipment.
Performs other duties as assigned – Supports team efforts by completing any other tasks requested by management.
