About The Position

Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to draw wire in various metal alloys and diameters while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain efficient work habits.

Nice To Haves

ERP system experience preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Read work orders and bills of materials to confirm product specifications.
Meet established production quantity, quality, and efficiency standards.
Set up, operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain assigned machinery, including changing dies as required.
Report machinery issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Inspect products with tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify quality.
Obtain required approvals, label packages, and move finished products to designated areas.
Record production data and downtime accurately in the company ERP system.
Follow safety and housekeeping rules, complete daily safety inspections, and participate in required training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
