About The Position
Pratt Industries is a growing manufacturing company seeking Production Workers for full-time, year-round employment. This role is essential in transforming recycled paper into corrugated board sheets for various customers, including well-known brands. The position offers a competitive base pay of $18.15 plus a shift differential, with comprehensive benefits available shortly after hire.
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to apply concepts of high school math.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of turning recycled paper into sheets of corrugated board.
- Prepare corrugated board sheets for shipment to customers.
