About The Position

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast-moving and consistent manner. Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting. Keeps area neat and clean.

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
