Production Worker (Rotating Shifts)
About The Position
Kingsford Manufacturing in Springfield, OR manufactures America’s best-loved charcoal briquet for the West Coast, fulfilling our mission to provide sustainable and trusted grilling products that bring people together. Our team is composed of individuals who possess advanced technical skills, are dedicated to process improvement and have a passion for our product and our plant. The Production Worker is responsible for the processing, manufacture, packaging, storage and distribution of charcoal briquettes. The Production Worker principally works in briquetting (process) and duties may include: Unloading bulk raw materials from rail cars, Movement of materials across the work site, Housekeeping and organization, both in the interior and exterior plant environment, Filling in for roles such as dryer tending, bulldozer, forklift driver, quality lab, packaging & shipping.
Requirements

- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
