About The Position

The company is seeking full-time production workers for its commercial laundry processing facility located in Branson/Hollister. This role requires individuals to meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, adhere to company safety programs, maintain a clean work area, and prevent accidents. Employees are also responsible for participating in health and safety programs, complying with OSHA policies, using Personal Protective Equipment, and reporting hazardous conditions or job-related injuries. The position demands open availability, including potential work on weekends and holidays, with shift start times varying between 10 PM and 2 AM. The work environment is industrial, characterized by potential heat/cold and distracting noise levels. Physical requirements include good hand-eye coordination, standing for up to 10 hours, pushing/pulling heavy carts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot temperatures for several hours. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards

  • Advise management when running out of clean linen to process
  • Maintain proper housekeeping at work area
  • Prevent accidents by working safely
  • Participate fully in company health and safety programs and comply with all company OSHA policies and procedures

  • Wear and / or use Personal Protective Equipment, when and how instructed
  • Report hazardous conditions to management
  • Report any job-related injury or illness to management and seek treatment promptly
