About The Position

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our
team in. In this essential role, you'll operate machinery, conduct quality checks, and help produce top-quality packaging for our customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions (English proficiency required)
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly, packing, and bagging machines
• Perform quality inspections based on customer specifications
• Package and label products according to the Control Plan
• Complete line clearances between production runs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace (5S standards)
• Communicate with coworkers about safety, quality, and production needs
• Perform root cause analysis and assist in resolving issues
• Support other areas based on changing business demands
