About The Position

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with an Elkhorn, WI manufacturing client, is seeking qualified Production Workers to join their team on 1st shift! These are long-term temp-to-hire opportunities. The shift is 1st shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Monday-Friday. The wage is $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling heavy steel components, inspecting parts, and following work instructions.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.
• Ability to read basic work instructions.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
• Ability to safely lift/handle materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and process heavy-equipment components.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Inspect parts for quality and report defects.
• Use basic measuring tools and production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a manufacturing team and meet production goals.
• Safely handle heavy materials, potentially using lifting equipment.
