About The Position

This role is for a Production Worker responsible for performing daily inspections of the work area for safety hazards, executing operator actions at a training-level capacity under the direction of a mentor, performing various general labor duties, and maintaining workstation and surrounding area housekeeping. The position requires dependability, a flexible schedule, basic reading and math skills, measuring skills, communication skills, adherence to safety procedures, a team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance, and the physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 65lbs.

Requirements

Dependability to be consistently at work and on time, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include all shifts
Basic reading and math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimals
Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers
Fundamental listening, verbal, written communication skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines throughout production processes
A “team member” mentality with quality assurance mindset
Repetitive standing, bending capability; near/far vision, manual dexterity, multiple limb coordination with moderate lifting capability (up to 65lbs).

Responsibilities
