About The Position

This role involves working in a team environment within an industrial setting. The Production Worker will be expected to work any shift, including rotating schedules, and must be available for overtime, holidays, and weekends with little to no notice. The job requires operating in conditions that may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, and involve exposure to hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, or elevated working surfaces, all while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities include accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment, utilizing basic math skills, performing inspections, and accurately completing quality and administrative documents while following directions.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
High school graduate or GED

Responsibilities

Work in a team environment
Work any shift and/or rotating shift schedule
Work overtime on a regular basis with last minute notification
Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
Wear required safety equipment
Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
Utilizing basic math, inspecting
Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
