About The Position

Production workers are responsible for general duties involving the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and cooler service equipment. Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is Canada’s premier bottling company, an independently owned business with over 5,800 associates, more than 50 sales and distribution centers, and 5 production facilities nationwide. All offers of employment are conditional upon a successful background clearance obtained through a contracted third-party vendor, which may include criminal clearance, employment verification, education verification, and drivers abstract review.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, complete repetitive tasks, while standing for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial technology an asset

Responsibilities

  • Set up machinery to ensure that all production materials are readily available.
  • Operate and monitor equipment, replenishing materials as needed.
  • Visually inspect production run and document results.
  • Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  • Physical requirements include: Standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching and stooping.
