D&M Industries is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in Moorhead, MN. As a vital member of our production team, you'll play a key role in machining and assembling entire products, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every task.

Requirements

  • At least two years of manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably with doors or similar products.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability to handle varied tasks.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and door‑manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Construct interior doors by following all specified work‑order instructions and applying the correct tools, materials, and hardware for each build.
  • Operate and maintain the machinery used in the manufacturing process.
  • Thoroughly inspect materials and components at each stage to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Manage and organize materials and components necessary for door production
  • Inform your supervisor of any quality deficiencies and provide timely notice when additional materials or supplies are necessary.
  • Rotate through the various stages of the assembly line to ensure an efficient production flow.
  • Prepare doors for shipment.
  • Clean work areas, break room, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and tidying up.
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations
