D&M Industries is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in Moorhead, MN. As a vital member of our production team, you'll play a key role in machining and assembling entire products, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every task.

Requirements

At least two years of manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably with doors or similar products.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret work orders.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Adaptability to handle varied tasks.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and door‑manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

Construct interior doors by following all specified work‑order instructions and applying the correct tools, materials, and hardware for each build.
Operate and maintain the machinery used in the manufacturing process.
Thoroughly inspect materials and components at each stage to ensure they meet quality standards
Manage and organize materials and components necessary for door production
Inform your supervisor of any quality deficiencies and provide timely notice when additional materials or supplies are necessary.
Rotate through the various stages of the assembly line to ensure an efficient production flow.
Prepare doors for shipment.
Clean work areas, break room, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and tidying up.
Follow all established safety rules and regulations
