Position Summary We are looking for a Production Worker to support all aspects of our sawmill operations—from material handling to stacking lumber—while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a physically active, team-oriented role where every contribution matters.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors or in a semi-enclosed environment
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Sort and stack lumber according to size and grade
- Remove debris and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Assist with sawmill machinery and production flow as directed
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Support team with general labor duties as needed
- Assist with pallet operations
